Mr. Blue was hired in December 2010 to facilitate bringing the 243 Lime calcium carbonate plant online. He is currently the working foreman. Mr. Blue has a decade + experience in the mining industry, previously working for an international multi region cement producer. During his career he has developed a strong safety, production and maintenance culture.
